Open your photo in Adobe Photoshop, This article is using CS6 but almost any version will work,

Steps

 1   Selective color, Whites (Black 42)
 2   Gradient map (Black, White)
 3   Brightness/Contrast, (Brightness -20, Contrast 15)
 4   Solid color #060606 "Soft light" Opacity 50% Fill 88%
 5   Gradient map (Black, White) And set the blending mode to "Soft light" Opacity 20%
 6   Photo filter, Color, Density 25%
 7   Solid color #460000 "Exclusion" Opacity 63%
 8   Vibrance (Vibrance 70)
 9   Brightness/Contrast, (Brightness -35)
 10   Selective color, Reds (Cyan 15) Selective color, Neutrals (Cyan -15, Magenta -5, Yellow 25)
 11   Selective color, Reds (Black 60) Yellows (Yellow -30) Neutrals (Cyan -1, Magenta -1, Yellow -15, Black -1) Blacks (Black -3)
 12   Gradient fill (White,white) Color to transparent, Reverse "Soft light"
 13   Selective color, Reds (Black 40)
 14   Vibrance (Vibrance 50) ... And you're done!
