Open your photo in Adobe Photoshop, This article is using CS6 but almost any version will work, 

Steps

 1   Go to, Curves (Output 68) (Input 135, Output 150) (Output 172) Blue (Input 72, Output 255) (Input 166) Opacity 40%.
 2   Gradient map (#433734, #f4f7ff) And set the blending mode to Soft light.
 3   Solid color #ffcf68, Blending mode to Multiply, Opacity 30%.
 4   Levels, Blending mode to Soft light, Opacity 21%.
 5   Gradient map (#281b23, #644445 Location 28, #ded1b7) ... And you're done!
