Open your photo in Adobe Photoshop, This article is using CS6 but almost any version will work,

Steps

 1   Gradient map (#c2ac77, #612626) Reverse, And set the blending mode to "Multiply"
 2   Curves (Input 114, output 143)
 3   Color balance, Shadows (Cy-Re -9, Ma-Gr -16, Ye-Bl -8) Midtones (Cy-Re 14, Ma-Gr 4, Ye-Bl 13) Highlights (Cy-Re -23, Ma-Gr -18, Ye-Bl -37)
 4   Black & White (Re 71, Ye 71, Gr 81, Cy 70, Bl 43, Ma 77) blending mode to "Hard light"
 5   Solid color #664040 "Lighten" Fill 15%
 6   Gradient fill, Color to transparent (White, White, Reverse, Opacity 11% ... And you're done!
