What is,Colour Replacement Tool ?
The Color Replacement brush is a tool that lets you paint with one color over another color, keeping the brightness and contrast of the image. This way you can easily change the color of an object without using complex masking and color correction tools.
Steps
1 Select (color) as your primary color,
(C) Select from the available limits options (discontiguous, contiguous, find edges)
(D) Enter a tolerance percentage value (1% to 100%)
(E) Select the anti-alias check box for a smoother edge on areas you correct.
3 Start coloring the area you want to change. Make sure, You keep the brush size small to get a better finish.

2 Once done, chose the (Color Replacement Tool)
(A) Select a brush tip on the options bar.
(B) Select from the available sampling options (continuous, once, background swatch)(C) Select from the available limits options (discontiguous, contiguous, find edges)
(D) Enter a tolerance percentage value (1% to 100%)
(E) Select the anti-alias check box for a smoother edge on areas you correct.
